A Fast and Fabulous Friday post for you. Where I bring you a card that takes only a heartbeat to create!
On this card, the gorgeous designer paper does ALL the work! I am so sad that the Fresh Florals DSP is retiring. I LOVE this paper and if I were you, I would buy some from the online store RIGHT NOW before it is all gone!
Here's how easy it is to create this card:
- Adhere the gorgeous Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper (3 5/8 x 4 7/8") to a piece of white cardstock (4 x 5 1/4").
- Glue this to a Fresh Fig card base.
- Stamp a thank you sentiment onto a whisper white strip (1 x 4") using the One Big Meaning stamp set.
- Use the Triple Banner Punch to flag the end of the sentiment piece.
- Sponge the edges of the banner and attach it to the card.
Full Disclosure - the first version I made, I did not sponge the edges of the sentiment banner. Still looks great. But the sponged edges really make that piece pop, don't you think? So for the extra 20 seconds, I think sponging is worth the time put into the details, don't you?
