Bohemian Paper and Some Talented Friends

Hello There Friends

Johanne B

Lynn CG

Well, June has come and gone and once again I was treated to a demonstration of just how brilliant and creative my downline Team Members are.

The Canadian Sunshine Stampers really rock!!

Rachelle A

You see -- each month I take some sort of Stampin' Up! product or products, and give my participating Team Members the same "stuff" with the same challenge...make me a card.  Any card.  Use "some" of what I've given you.  Use a little.  Use a lot.  Or use it all.  But use "some" of everything I give you.

Imagination?  Go ahead and use it!  Or copy from a friend.  CASe from Pinterest.  (Or any other source for that matter).  No holds barred.

Dianne R

Janet B

This month I limited it to one thing.  I gave everyone a piece of the SU! Bohemian designer paper.  LOVE this paper!!

And that's all.  No other rules.  Use a small piece or a big piece.  Use either side.  Heck, use both sides!  I'm not picky.  What I look forward to each month is seeing the variety.  The unbelievable variety.

Janet Br (outside of card)

Disappointed?  I think not.  Look at how so many friends can take an identical starting point and spin off to create so many different ideas!

Oh my goodness golly gee!!  I cannot *believe* how cool it is to see how many different variations and ideas my friends come up with.

Lynn L

Val V

So.  Totally.  Cool.

So go ahead and weigh in.  Tell me what you think.

Impressed?  I certainly am!

Hope you've enjoyed all these gorgeous cards.  And I hope to see you back again real soon to enjoy some other wonderful creations!

Julie G

We've got a Trip-Achievers' blog hop coming up soon.  Woot woot.  Now those are projects you're going to want to see.

Janet Br

Until then, have a fantastic day and God Bless,    ~Cynthia    <><

Thankful Thursday - My Talented Team

Ok - I won't lie to you.  I have had these cards in my possession for almost 2 months and I am FINALLY getting around to posting them.

My Team, the Canadian Sunshine Stampers, do incredible work.

Meredith M

Totally and completely...INCREDIBLE.  Each month I give them a little something in terms of Stampin' Up! product -- and I challenge them to turn it into a work of art.

Cecilia C

And they never disappoint.

Janet B

So in May, I gave them some retiring SU! Designer papers and cardstock to match and let them loose to see what they could create.

Decide for yourself....Take a peak and confirm for me, if you will, just how spectacularly talented all of my friends truly are!

See?
Did I lie?

Pretty impressive, huh?

Sylvie H

Melanie M

Now you understand why I rave about them.  And why I profess to being so very lucky to be their upline.  Their creations are gorgeous, aren't they?!

Sylvie H

Melanie M

This month I asked each of them to use the materials to create TWO cards.  Notice how they each created 2 cards that are different?!?  Same papers, same colours maybe...but DIFFERENT!!

Jennifer D

Love their talent, creativity and imagination!!

Hope they've inspired you to want to do some of the same.  Go ahead.  Get inky!  You won't be sorry!

And in the meantime, have a wonderful day and God Bless,    ~Cynthia   <><

It's About Time....

Hello My Friends

Janet B

Frances W.

I have been so busy for a while now that I have horribly, horribly neglected you, my friends.  Well that ends.  Today!  Because let's face it - I have tons of things I want to show you!

Cecilia C.

Ellorie H.

So now is as good a time as any to get back up onto this horse - right?

First thing I want to do it back up a bit.  You see, I had been proudly showing you the works of art that my Team members had been creating each month.

Lynn C.G.

Jennifer D.

Once a month when we meet for our Team Meeting of the Canadian Sunshine Stampers, I give them each some small collection of product (usually identical packets) and challenge them to do something with those.  (For those Team members who cannot attend meetings, we arrange for them to pick the samples up from me or I send them to them).  Over the last few months they have wow-ed me with their creativity and talent and I have been thrilled to post their cards.

Dianne R.

Sylvie H.

Then.  I got.  Busy......
And distracted.
And.   I.  Forgot.

I had EVERY intention of posting their gorgeous April cards while I was en route to Hawaii.  Who knew I would fly out of 2 of the biggest and busiest airports in North America.  And NEITHER of them would have wifi?!?   Argh.  And honestly - once I got to Hawaii, I had OTHER things to think about!    :)

Kareen L.

Johanne B.

I should have posted those April cards the instant I got home....but then they presented me with their equally gorgeous May Challenge cards.  And I got further and further behind....

So now, here, finally, I am posting those gorgeous creations!

Lynn L.

For your viewing pleasure, I present to you the April Challenge cards.  Each Team member received a 4x6 piece of Silver Glimmer Paper, and a piece from the Stacked With Love Designer Paper Stacks.  I asked them to use the black and white side of the DSP (the flip side is coloured) and, of course, they could add in any other colour(s) that they wished.  They could use all of some of the papers, full pieces or tiny punched pieces.

Take a gander at the gorgeousness they presented me with.

Rachelle A.

Julie G.

Is there any wonder I am in awe of their talent?

Hope you are equally impressed with their creativity.  Glad I finally showed these to you after having them sit on my computer for so long.

Now I am only behind by the May Challenge.  Oh yeah....and the June submissions are already being returned to me, as I type....

Meredith M.

Have a wonderful and glorious weekend and I will return tomorrow with a NEW card for you.  New card.  New catalogue.  NEW PRODUCTS!!!!

Michelle T.
